Well anyways, I've seen some of the soundfont
collections that are being sent around at the
big pages.  I just want to say great job to all
the fans of the best thing to happen with Sound
Blaster.  Yes, it's true that most of these
samples have existed or do exist somewhere on
the internet.  A lot of the newest versions out
are great advances over the first 8MB GM set
released.  Still we will always be searching
for the best one.  This is one I've been
building over the course of a year and a half.
No good samples existed for a long while to complete
it.  I'm still searching for better string samples,
not too muffled and with more treble clarity.
A better trumpet, clean guitar, and few percussive
samples too.

However, I hope this becomes your favorite.  I
still think so, even after looking at the recent
competition.

Now the niity girtty.  A few samples are from Emu's
2MB GM set release, I would like to replace these
as they aren't that great anyways.  Don't try to
sell this GM patch or your toast.  Give credit where
its due.  AWE32 and Sound Blaster, EMU are trademarks of
Creative Labs.
