This plugin reads molecular structure in Parm format, used by Amber versions 4-6. The Amber file formats are described in detail on the Amber home page.

Notes:

Read-only
This plugin is used only to read files. VMD does not currently support writing this file type.

Unused Data
The Amber box data is not currently used by VMD.
